Everything a medieval strategy map needs, drawn like an illustrated storybook: flat washes, painted patterns and a dark pen line on every edge, with meadow running on unbroken from tile to tile.

Inside

  • Tiles: meadow, woods, pine forest, rolling hills, mountain massifs with snow, sea, deep sea, sand and fields, each land tile with a bevelled edge.
  • Climates: snowfields, snowy firs and hills, glaciers; dunes, red rock, an oasis; swamps and ponds.
  • Rivers and roads that join in any direction: straight, bend, sharp bend, fork, spring, bridge, crossroads, road's end.
  • Coasts with the sea on one to five edges, so any shoreline closes, and river mouths for every way a river meets the sea.
  • 17 buildings, neutral and in four team colours, and a castle that fills its hex and closes a walled town.
  • Landmarks: a wizard's tower, standing stones, ruins, a wayside shrine.
  • Walls, gates and towers, palisades and watch posts that run along tile edges.
  • Ships and units as toy-soldier figures in team colours: spearman, pikeman, archer, knight, captain, catapult, worker, banner bearer.
  • Trees, rocks, bushes, haystacks, fences and banners.

Godot 4

The Godot 4 version has the kit's true ink look, collision shapes on every piece, and a demo that builds a whole island by itself. Press R for another island.
